Terms of Service

Agreements

  • I don't take a rush priority commission request in some of my commission types, please read more about this from each of the commission info pages.

  • As an artist, I have full ownership of the commissioned artwork. But if you wish to keep your artwork private, please ask for it from the beginning. (despite an inability to post it publicly on my social media, I still have a right to put it in my portfolio)

  • DO NOT claim my art or designs as your own. Please give credit to me by using: “leleilerin” or any of my social media profile links.

  • Commercial use permission of the commissioned artwork is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN.

  • You can't use my art for any of NFT's purposes.

  • You can't use my art for AI generating or as a prompt in any case.

Payment & Resell

  • There are no refunds, please think carefully before requesting a commission.

  • I receive payment only from the payment methods I've provided. (Paypal, Stripe, Promtpay, etc.)

  • If you would like to use the commissioned artwork commercially, you need to pay an extra amount. The price may vary by its usage, the minimum amount is base price*2.

  • In case the commissioned artwork is sold along with its featured character/adoptable, the price of reselling (the artwork) MUST BE EQUAL OR LOWER than the original price. Please do not resell it for a profit.

Work Progress Summary

  1. Send your order request by using the given form at the bottom of the commission info page you want.

  2. After you've sent a request, it may take me a while to see your request since it doesn't notify me when there is a response. But when I saw (and accept) it, I'll send an invoice to your Paypal email, or else, you may receive a response email from me if I declined your request. (I don't normally decline the request, but if I do, it may be because of some inconvenience from my side, whether a health condition or loads of school work)

  3. When the invoice has been paid, working progress will continue.

  4. The average working period is within 1-2 months. It may take me up to 4-5 months to finish your commission artwork.

  5. When the artwork is finished, I normally won't reach out to you from your contact (DA, Discord, Twitter, etc.), but I'll straightly send it to your email along with a thank-you message. Sometimes the email may not notify you about it, so if you wonder why you haven't received the art yet despite its already past the deadline, please recheck your inbox before reaching out to me.

Art Request

Art Request commission is a one-time brief, can’t request for fixing anything in the work. (except for one case of a major mistake: character’s detail(s) is/are wrong or missing) There is no rush priority for this type of commission.

Portrait/Bust up

50 USD STATUS: OPEN

  • Portrait or Bust up

  • Flat white/colored background

  • 1 character per artwork

Full CG

100 USD STATUS: OPEN

  • There is no limit on the character’s scale (it can be up to head-chest or even full-body)

  • More detailed background (or Full CG) ***NOTE the art style is still “rough color”

  • Up to 3 characters per artwork

Commission

  • Portrait/Bust up 100++ USD

  • Half Body 150++ USD*

  • Full Body 250++ USD*

  • Price may vary based on the character's detail, complex pose, prop, pet animal, etc. (10-50 USD additional price)

  • You can fix the art up to 5 times for free, for the 6th time and above, there is a +5 USD fee for each time.

  • Half body 250++ USD*

  • Full Body 350++ USD*

  • Price may vary based on the character's detail, complex pose, complex background, prop, pet animal, etc. (30-100 USD additional price)

  • You can fix the art up to 5 times for free, for the 6th time and above, there is a +10 USD fee for each time.
